The subject of the program combined survival drama with obstacles inspired by kid-friendly activities. However, the masterminds gave the good deeds a dark tinge. For instance, in Red Light Green Light, a single mistake led to death. High stakes, intriguing puzzles, and superb photography had viewers on the edge of their seats. But the concept had a particularly strong impact on gamers. The idea of actively participating in lethal trials in a virtual simulation sounded pretty exciting.
