There is a circle being formed. The number of stickmen will reach the maximum when this circle is completely formed. The sooner you throw the dice, the fewer stickmen appear. Therefore, wait until the circle is full.
In addition, if you throw your dice out of the playing field, your dice will disappear and you will have no stickman in this case.
